Sift Digital’s Head of UX, Al Barker was invited to join Google’s mentorship scheme at the beginning of 2016. Since then he’s been instilling user centred thinking and lean methodologies into start-up propositions.
As part of his ongoing collaboration with Google as a mentor, Al has been invited to the Slush Conference in Helsinki.
To celebrate Europe’s thriving tech scene, Google, McKinsey & Rocket Internet have founded the Digital Top 50 Awards. They recognise the most promising Start-ups, Scale-ups and Tech for Social Impact Companies, who will be Europe’s Digital Market Leaders of tomorrow.
The Digital Top 50 Awards are presented at Slush Conference, Europe's leading startup event, on 30th November in front of 15,000 attendees from 100 countries.
Ahead of Slush Conference, Google have invited the award finalists to meet with their trusted panel of mentors. Al will be meeting with award finalists to give 1-2-1 advice for how they can embrace user centred thinking.
